Open Board Positions
VICE PRESIDENT
The role of Vice President is to support the President(s) and Board Members with all planning, events and fundraising .

Take lead on events when President(s) is unable

Assist with community outreach

Plan and implement fundraising opportunities (i.e. Dining for Dollars, etc)

SECRETARY
The role of Secretary is to facilitate and maintain communication between the school and families

Translate all materials and obtain Principal approval for communications with families

Take notes at all AAPC meetings (both monthly and Board Meetings)

Create monthly newsletters for families

Photocopy materials for to be sent to families

Maintain AAPC social media accounts
